What is the academic experience of our teachers ?
<p>Our teachers are well trained and come with a minimum of at least 2 years of teaching experience. All of our teachers have taught many students various aspects of English be it Spoken English, English Grammar lessons, English vocabulary improvement or English writing lessons. Our teachers specilaise in one to one tailored exercises for our students and can make simple lessons interesting to learn.</p>
Who will be my teacher?
<p>At Speechify, you can study with the English teacher of your choice. For every lesson, you have an option to select your teacher. You may continue with the same teacher or choose a different teacher for the next lesson. In this way, you can try and see which teacher is best for you.</p>
Can I give feedback about teachers?
<p>Yes. After each lesson, you will give a rating about your class (1 to 5 with 5 being the highest) and can also share your written feedback. You can also send us an email to <a href="mailto:contact@speechify.in">contact@speechify.in</a> or reach us through call/ whatsapp. You can report a lesson in our system if you have any problems and difficulties with a teacher and we will solve your problem at the earliest.</p>
Are teachers available at all times?
<p>Yes. We have teachers available 24/7. So, you can make an appointment at any time best suited to your requirement.</p>
How can I make an appointment with the teacher?
<p>You can make an appointment with any teacher on our web system. After making the payment, we will send your login details to our web system in your email and WhatsApp. In the web system, you can see all the teachers and their available slots / schedules. You can then arrange a meeting at your convenience. You can also cancel the class or report a problem, if any, with the web system.</p>

How can students make payment ?
<p>We have secured payment gateway service on our website. Students can make payment using net banking, debit card, credit card, UPI among other options. We also have EMI options available for cards of all major banks. All options are safe and secure and we do not store your bank account or card information.</p> <p> </p>
What discounts can I avail?
<p>Speechify periodically offers promotional discount schemes. You can reach out to our customer service executives about discount related information. Furthermore, you can refer your friends, relatives and colleagues about our services and get 10 lessons free!</p>
Can students request refund?
<p style="padding-left: 30px;">Yes. If student have not made an appointment within one week of payment and do not wish to continue, they can request for a refund. Refund will be processed within 2 weeks of the request date.</p>
What happens if I do not finish all the lessons in the plan?
<p>You need not worry. If you do not finish all the lessons in a plan, we will extend your course duration. You can also buy a new plan and unfinished lessons will be added in the new plan.</p>
How We Teach
How long are the lessons?
<p>There are 2 types of lessons. You can make an appointment for a 30-minute lesson or a 60-minute lesson.</p>
Can I cancel a lesson appointment?
<p>Yes. You can cancel your lesson appointment at least 4 hours before the lesson and you will not be penalised for cancellation.</p>
What is the free trial lesson?
<p>Every student gets a free lesson for 30 minutes. In the free lesson, we try to understand your needs and goals. Students get to understand our learning method. We answer all your questions during the free trial lesson.</p>
What will be the course curriculum?
<p>At Speechify, we do not believe in a fixed course curriculum. Our teachers assess students individually and design tailored lessons for them. Our online English classes cover all basic concepts like English grammar, vocabulary, spoken English practice as well as any specific topic requested by the student.</p>
How much time does it take for students to become fluent in English speaking?
<p style="text-align: justify;">Frankly, we do not know and if anyone is claiming to have the answer, they are not telling the truth. Learning to speak fluent English depends on many factors including speaking practice, consuming content in English (like reading, listening) and aptitude for languages. But be assured, our teachers will strive to a 100% in ensuring that we identify all the challenges faced by students and address them comprehensviely. Students practice speaking in our classes for a minimum of 50-70% of class duration. This helps them in gaining confidence to speak about any topic in everyday scenarios. </p>
Study Material
How can I use the study material?
<p>Speechify provides free study material for everyone. You can choose your own lessons based on your level and interest, or as per your teacher's suggestion. We have lessons for Spoken English, English Grammar and English Writing improvement. Our reading material focuses on teaching new words and correct usage of English Grammar. </p>
Is the study material free?
<p>Yes. Our Online English Course lessons are absolutely free. You can download the lessons and save them on your mobile and/or computer.</p>
Can students use their own study material?
<p>Yes. You may use your own study material. Our teachers will be more than happy to help you.</p>
